The “Raising Response Rates” team at Hamilton House Mailings gives free guidance and advice on writing both individual adverts and in creating a complete brand via direct mail.  All you have to do is send over a copy of your current advertising and we will call you back to discuss our thoughts on what you could do.  We don’t hold anything back – we tell you exactly what we think – although within the free service we don’t write anything down.  If you want to make notes during the phone conversation you can of course do so. 

We can also write a report for you, outlining what we think you should be doing, and explaining why we think you should be doing it.  This will include details of how your sales letters and brochures should be developed – but won’t include the complete script for you.  The opening procedure of this service is the same as above – you supply the samples, and we call to discuss.   The charge for the written report is £50.00 

Finally we can write for you.  The normal charge for this is £249 per page – although if you are developing a regular series of letters or brochures the price per page reduces to £149 once the theme has been established and the first letter accepted.  The sales letters are guaranteed – if you don’t like what you get and don’t want to use the letter then you can simply return it and no invoice will be issued.  If on the other hand you do use the letter but it does not bring in the response rate you wanted, you can simply let us know and we will write you another letter, without charge.   Full details are in our creative services terms and conditions – just call for a copy.
